Photocatalytic technology has grown in Japan with the AIST as a key institute, that has been developing this world-class technology over a 20-year period.  Below are the outstanding features beyond prior arts :

1) In year 2009, there was a breakthrough technology from AIST, under LED or visible light can start the photocatalyst process like anti-bacteria / virus even weak light.

2) Rapid rate of removing HCHO, anti-bacteria, and anti-rives.

3) No binder required as coating on paint by patented apatite nano titanium dioxide ( ANTD ) solution,

4) Due to 5nm particle size of ANTD ,  there is no influence to the paint, wallpaper, metal, wooden products.

5) Prevent mould and bacteria growth and kill virus .

As a result,  Disinfection / VOC control service is easier proceeded,  less time spent and higher efficiency.  Moreover, it will be long lasting in anti-bacteria, anti-rivius, anti-mold, removing HCHO, odor  and TVOC than prior arts.
